More than a few times, I have ministered to Christian men and women who tell me that they know ‘everything’ (i.e. enough) about God and Jesus, but that they still struggle with sin. Perhaps you are a Christian who thinks you know everything about the Bible, but doesn’t have Christ and the fruits of the Spirit. Is that possible? Of course it is: Jesus said to his opponents: “You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life … yet you refuse to come to me that you may have life” (John 5:39-40). Perhaps you delve into theology to gain control over God and your sexuality, but doing that hasn’t lead to any lasting change. You know all the core doctrines of Christianity, but you have no obedience. There is an answer: let go and let God. Here’s more. God bless.
